B'more Incremental exists to provide tools: questions, metaphors, resources to assist individuals with the hard and incremental work of personal change. Dismantling racism and white supremacy in our own thinking is one of the many struggles we must undertake in order to make real change in the world.

These pages are the work of Tracie Guy-Decker.  I am not an expert; I'm a traveler. I misstep. I get things wrong. I'm pretty sure that I also sometimes get things right, and I do my best to acknowledge the difference.
